A Local Cleaning Standard Built on Family and Trust

Our family helps neighbors in Champaign and Piatt County feel better by handling the chores that slow life down. We offer honest work for parents and business owners who want someone they can depend on.

Our Story

Three Decades of Honest Service in Central Illinois

Our family started cleaning homes and offices here in August of 1996. While we began as a franchise, we have grown into a local business that is fully independent. Today, the Reeves family still runs the daily operations. You might see the name Maid To Perfection (Reeves), but our heart belongs right here in the neighborhoods we call home. We use mini-teams that follow clear checklists to make sure the job gets done right every time. We do not use big corporate talk. Instead, we stick to the idea that a promise is a promise. Whether you are in Savoy or Monticello, we want to make your life less stressful. Our community have voted us the People’s Choice in the News Gazette because we treat every customer like part of our own family.

Who We Serve

Relieving Stress for Families and Businesses Alike

We know that a messy house or office adds to the mental load of a busy day. Our goal is to lift that weight so you can walk into a space that feels fresh and safe. For local families, we handle everything from weekly visits to move-in deep cleans. Busy parents can trust our teams to work without needing someone to watch over them. We also enjoy visiting with our elderly clients who appreciate a friendly conversation as much as a clean floor. For our business clients, we keep things professional by cleaning during daylight hours. We never work nights or weekends because we believe in keeping our teams supervised and our quality high. We bring all the heavy-duty supplies needed to get a real clean, though we ask you to provide your own paper products. If you ever feel we missed a spot, we will come back and fix it for free.

FAQS

Common Questions About Our Family Business

  • Is the business still part of a big national chain?

No. While we kept the name people know, we have moved away from the franchise model to become a fully independent, family-owned company run by the Reeves family.

  • Who is the "Gina" mentioned in your story?

Gina Reeves is the owner. She brings a Southern-friendly style to the business and makes sure every client feels like a neighbor, not a number.

  • What does it mean to have a "mini-team" in my home?

Instead of one person working alone, we send small, trained groups. This makes the cleaning faster and more thorough so you can get back to your day sooner.

  • Why do you only clean offices during the day?

Cleaning during business hours allows for better communication and safety. It ensures our work is seen and that your building stays secure without late-night crews.
